Where it started

Gary LeBlanc spent twenty years studying what it takes to build a body that performs at its best. His research — compiled in Find Your SuperHuman — outlined a nutritional framework rooted in whole-food science, gut health, inflammation reduction, and sustainable daily habits. Not trends. Not marketing. Findings.

Gary developed the first version of that formula himself. Then he brought it to Don Walker.

Building the formula

Don Walker — Former CEO of Magna International, Founder & Chairman of the Longevity League — took LeBlanc's foundational work and spent years developing it into something more comprehensive. The question driving that work was simple: what does genuinely complete daily nutrition actually look like, when you build it purely around what the evidence says?

The answer took time to get right. Every ingredient earned its place. Nothing was included because it was cheap, convenient, or easy to market.

Clinical refinement

The formula was then reviewed and refined by Dr. Elizabeth Goldspink, ND — a naturopathic doctor with over 16 years of clinical experience, a doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and training in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University.

Dr. Goldspink brought clinical rigour to every ingredient decision — reviewing each one against the latest research, adjusting for bioavailability, and ensuring the formula reflected what the science actually supports rather than what looks good on a label.

The result is a formula built at the intersection of published nutritional research, real-world clinical experience, and an uncompromising standard for what gets included.

From kitchen to doorstep

Once the formula was complete, Dillan Walker — Don's son — was asked to make it and share it with close family and friends. The response was immediate. People felt the difference. They kept coming back.

That was the signal. A product this carefully built deserved to reach more people. Baseline Nutrition exists to make that happen — starting in Toronto, expanding from there.

Why everything else falls short

Most nutrition products are built backwards. They start with a price point, a flavour profile, or a trend — and work backward to justify the formula. The science is decoration.
